Therapy  for Depression in Texas

Real solutions, real healing.

Are you tired of feeling sad, overwhelmed, lonely or unhappy, even when you are trying your best to hold everything together?

Perhaps you wake up feeling unmotivated, struggle with painful experiences from your past, feel disconnected from the people you love, or find yourself wondering when life will start feeling good again. Maybe you have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you have forgotten how to take care of yourself.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Whether you are struggling with sadness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, past trauma, loneliness, low self-esteem or major life changes, your experiences matter. You deserve a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, understood and supported. Faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into therapy if that is important to you.

Therapy or coaching?

Therapy

Looks at what's going on beneath the surface, including your past, your patterns, and how your nervous system learned to cope

Can address mental health diagnoses, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other clinical concerns

Is a good fit when old stuff keeps showing up and getting in your way

Is guided by a licensed clinician, so there's a clinical framework and a duty of care

May be covered by insurance, since it treats diagnosable conditions

Usually asks, "Why do I keep doing this, and what is it protecting me from?"

Coaching

Looks forward: where you want to go and what's in the way right now

Is built around goals, action steps, and accountability

Is a good fit when you're feeling stuck, in transition, or ready to level up and you're not in crisis

Is not for treating mental health conditions or processing trauma

Is typically self-pay, since it isn't a medical service

Usually asks, "What do you want, and what's our plan to get you there?"
